Ms. Beatrix Andrea Kadar graduated as a biochemical engineer and chemical technical engineer from the Budapest University of Technology. Ms. Kadar has been appointed as President at the Hungarian Atomic Energy Authority in 2021.

Before, from 2014–2021 she was Deputy State Secretary for Energy Affairs at the Ministry of National Development/Ministry for Innovation and Technology. From 2012–2014 she was Deputy State Secretary, Heading the Bureau of National Security at the Prime Minister’s Office. From 2011–2012 she was Deputy State Secretariat for European Affairs, Advisor (EU strategic affairs) at the Permanent Representation for Hungary to the European Union.
