Dr. Virág Mészáros has been CEO of HUMDA since 1 August 2023, formerly she had been employed as Head of the Green Mobility Directorate and Head of the Hydrogen Working Group of the company. As regards qualifications Ms. Mészáros is an economist. Previously, she has also worked as Director General of Innovation and Technology at Hunatom Plc. and Project Development Manager at IFKA Industrial Development Non-profit Ltd. Having worked as Vice-Chancellor for Student Services at the Budapest University of Technology and Economics and as Chancellor of the University of Dunaújváros her professional career is enriched by several years of experience in higher education. Ms. Virág Mészáros defended her doctoral thesis in April 2023, in which she developed a possible value-added model for technical higher education institutions.
