Ruben is a specialist in energy and cleantech innovation policy at Cleantech for Europe, where he steers the work of their Scale-up Coalition focused on advocating for the policy conditions for European next generation clean technologies to scale and become global front-runners. He joined Cleantech for Europe in Brussels following experiences at the International Energy Agency and the European Parliament’s Committee on Industry, Research and Energy. He holds degrees from universities in New York City and Paris.
