Ms Maćkowiak – Pandera is the founder and leader of Forum Energii - the first energy transition think tank in Poland. She focuses on European energy and climate regulations, electricity markets, renewable energy sources.

In the past, she worked at the Ministry of Environment, among others as Deputy Minister responsible for the Polish Presidency of the Council of the European Union. Involved in global and the EU climate negotiations. She worked also at Agora Energiewende – German energy transition think tank and the Danish Oersted.

Author and co-author of many publications and articles about energy transition, power market. She has a PhD in environmental sciences.
