Konstantin Ivanov is the Regional Coordinator for Central and Eastern Europe of the Global Water Partnership, a global action network focused on the sustainable management of water resources with over 3000 partner organisations in 179 countries, including 11 in the CEE region, focused on transboundary cooperation, SDGs, climate and youth issues among others. Mr Ivanov has extensive experience in nature conservation, including climate change adaptation projects and freshwater restoration, as well as advocacy, fundraising and campaigning work for WWF in Central and Eastern Europe. In his earlier career as a journalist, he has worked for a variety of media outlets, last with the BBC World Service. Mr Ivanov holds a Master's Degree from the University of Sofia.
